摘要: Bank Mandiri is the biggest state-owned bank in total asset that were previously performing poorly. One of management strategies to improve performance by implementation organizational culture. Organizational culture very important supporting banks as financial services companies. Implementation a comprehensive new work conducted 2005 and process still running until today. The study aims examine influence transformational leadership on research sample are 113 credit managers at Region VII (Central Java Yogyakarta), data was analysed using regression equations. results showed has positive significant impact Inspirational motivation dimensions cultural involvement, adaptability, mission.
