摘要: Abstract Glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) has been proved to play an important role in the modulation of nociceptive transmission especially during neuropathic pain. It was reported that electroacupuncture (EA) had potent analgesic effect on pain and our previous studies indicated EA could activate endogenous GDNF signaling system (GDNF its receptor GFRα-1) dorsal root ganglions (DRGs) rats. In order investigate whether involved analgesia pain, which induced by chronic constriction injury (CCI) sciatic nerve rats, antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) specifically against GFRα-1 used present study result down-regulation expression. The results showed that: (1) cumulative rats; (2) expression DRGs down-regulated intrathecal delivery ODN, but not normal saline (NS) or mismatch ODN; (3) significantly attenuated ODN treatment. demonstrated would deepen realization mechanism analgesia.
