摘要: Abstract The GDNF family comprises glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) and the related proteins neurturin, artemin persephin, which form a subgroup of TGF-β superfamily growth factors. All four factors provide neuronal protection survival. expression was found in cochlea, has been shown to be effective for inner ear from drugs noise-induced insults. As other members also protective effects on cells, they may play important roles ear. We used RT–PCR examine GDNF, artemin, persephin their receptors GFRα-1, GFRα-2, GFRα-3 c-ret whole rat cochlea as well functionally different subfractions (modiolus sensorineural epithelium/lateral wall) compared levels neurotrophin receptor mRNAs those substantia nigra brain region. Our results demonstrate all nigra. However, relative mRNA were several genes tested and/or presence preferred suggests potential functional importance these survival
