摘要: Penning-type ion source performance for neutron generator applications is characterized partly by the atomic fraction. A miniature Penning has been fabricated to investigate fraction of deuterium plasma a mass-energy analyer. The energy mass settings 2 and 4, corresponding D+ D + ions respectively, show Guass distributions. results that could vary from 2.26% 5.63% changing pressure, anode voltage discharge current. can provide useful information choosing conditions.
