摘要: Regional lymph nodes (LN)s represent important immunological barriers in spreading of malignant tumors. However, they are the most frequent early metastatic site melanoma. Immunomodulatory agents including cytokines have been included therapy melanoma and shown severe side effects toxicity. In this sense, there is a growing need for bringing these to further vitro testing that may enlighten aspects their regional application. Therefore, aim study was investigate effect interleukin (IL)-2 IL-15, two with similar immune-enhancing effects, on expression activating NKG2D, inhibitory CD158a CD158b receptors CD8+ T, NKT-like NK cell lymphocyte subsets from LNs patients. study, we showed significant IL-2 IL-15 cytokine treatments NKG2D lymphocytes, originating Furthermore, by inducing receptor innate adaptive augmenting antitumor cytotoxicity correlated cytokine-induced expression, increased potential immune cells patients irrespective LN involvement. These findings indicate importance population development intervention strategies if applied locally increase level controls tumor progressions.
