摘要: The present invention provides methods and reagents for the detection identification of four causative agents genital alterations, herpes simplex virus (HSV) types 1 2, Treponema pallidum, Haemophilus ducreyi. use sequence-specific primers which enable simultaneous polymerase chain reaction amplification genomic nucleic acid sequences from HSV T. H. Following amplification, oligonucleotide probes are used to detect distinguish type ducreyi acid.
