摘要: Transgenic mice carrying a transgene comprising nucleic acid molecule encoding protein useful for regulating the expression of genes in eukaryotic cells highly controlled manner are disclosed. In regulatory system invention, transcription tet operator-linked nucleotide sequence is stimulated by transcriptional activator fusion composed two polypeptides, first polypeptide which binds to operator sequences presence tetracycline operatively linked second activates cells. preferred embodiment, integrated at predetermined location within chromosome transgenic mouse.
