摘要: Synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides (ODN) containing immunostimulatory CpG motifs (CpG ODN) are potent adjuvants in mice when delivered by parenteral (intramuscular, subcutaneous) and mucosal (intranasal, oral intrarectal) routes. We have recently shown that with delivery non-CpG ODN can also properties which, contrast to the Th1-bias characteristic of ODN, predominantly Th2-like. Herein, using hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) tetanus toxoid (TT) as model antigens BALB/c mice, we examined a number different (CpG, non-CpG, poly-T, poly-CG) determine their effects on immune responses after (oral) (IM) immunizations. Our findings demonstrate delivery, there is Th2-biased effect associated presence shift this towards Th1 response. The adjuvant was much less evident immunization.
