摘要: Laser capture microdissection (LCM) enables researchers to combine structure identification by -microscopy with investigation modern molecular techniques.The main question in biomedical research is the understanding of cellular and mechanisms. The methods investigate pathological changes on a molecular, cellular, or tissue level become more exact, whereas at same time sample amounts available smaller smaller.The challenge microscopy structures molecules. Today, scientists are no longer satisfied just observing tissues cells. They demand ability get access identified bring their observations subcellular genetic level. Downstream full toolbox biology for DNA, RNA, protein analysis has be applied.
