摘要: This study aims to investigate the effect of leadership and organizational culture on effectiveness nongovernmental organizations (NGOs). In study, after a comprehensive literature review, an empirical by means a survey questionnaire has been conducted find out effectiveness. is conceptualized as motivational climate within organization, atmosphere that relies trust confidence willingness members take responsibility analyzed in terms being democratic, respecting others, participative decision making taking risks when necessary. The NGOs refers achievement previously set objectives, using benchmarking indicator, diversifying sources revenue. results obtained from survey show both have positive effects NGOs.
