摘要: The objective of this study was to investigate the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) within bovine binding lectin-liver (A) gene (MBL1) and explore its correlation analysis with milk somatic cell score (SCS) which reflects mastitis resistance in cattle. Through polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP), created restriction site-PCR (CRS-PCR) DNA sequencing methods, three allelic variant corresponding G→A mutation at c.1252G>A intron1, c.2534G>A T→C c.2569T>C exon2 MBL1 gene, could be detected, respectively. a nonsynonymous mutation, resulting Valine (Val) Isoleucine (Ile) amino acid replacement (p.Val24Ile). between SNPs SCS were analyzed significant detected c.2534G>A. value for individuals genotype GG significantly lower than those GA AA. Results showed that lowest favorable resistance, whereas AA highest easily susceptibility. Although more investigations are needed better clarify role these on appears promising indirect marker improve dairy traits
