摘要: BACKGROUND: We used three-dimensional power Doppler angiography (3D-PDA) to examine the periodic changes in endometrial development and subendometrial vascularity during normal menstrual cycle 29 women with unexplained subfertility 19 controls. METHODS: 3D-PDA was performed on alternate days from day 3 of until ovulation then every 4 menses. VOCALe (Virtual Organ Computer-aided AnaLysis) shell-imaging were define quantify signal within regions producing indices their relative vascularity. RESULTS: Women demonstrated significant time ( P< 0.001) endometrium subendometrium characterized by a pre-ovulatory peak post-ovulatory fall. These mirrored those observed control group but significantly reduced mid-late follicular phase early luteal phase. There no differences thickness or volume between groups plasma concentrations estradiol progesterone. CONCLUSIONS: Endometrial are irrespective progesterone morphometry.
