摘要: Abstract Objective To determine whether supplementation with vitamin B6 improves nausea and/or vomiting in pregnancy. Methods This experimental study was conducted 60 pregnant women experiencing prior to the 12th gestational week. Of these women, 30 were treated daily 10 mg and remaining 1.28 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride for 2 weeks. The primary outcome Pregnancy-Unique Quantification Emesis Nausea (PUQE) score each group at end treatment. Results pregnancy had significantly lower levels circulating (P = 0.007) compared those without this symptom. Vitamin increased plasma concentration (P Conclusion Although high-supplementation a greater decrease PUQE comparison low-supplementation group, difference is unlikely affect severity symptoms.
