摘要: The combined efforts of different specialists are needed for the successful treatment patients with long face syndrome. Both surgeons and orthodontists who recognize their own capabilities limitations must combine skills to achieve best possible occlusion facial esthetics. surgical orthodontic plan therapy is designed correct patient's dentofacial deformity. Surgical reduction height proper alignment teeth by means common denominators treatment. By properly planned executed Le Fort I maxillary osteotomies, vertical dimensions can be shortened improve esthetic balance between nose, upper lip, teeth, chin lip competency. Variable open-bite nonopen-bite deformities in forty adults syndrome were corrected osteotomy technical problems encountered planning executing discussed illustrated selected case reports.
