摘要: Taurine and glutamine are the most abundant intracellular free amino acids in mammalian hearts where changes their concentrations likely to influence a number of cellular activities. In this study we investigated effects ischaemia reperfusion on taurine patients undergoing . coronary artery bypass surgery using cold crystalloid or blood cardioplegic solutions. Ischaemic arrest 30 min , solution ns 19 decreased mmolrg wet weight .. from 9.8 " 0.8 7.7 0.7, P- 0.05 8.7 0.5 7.2 0.6 After 20 normothermic fall was maintained 7.5 7.4 0.7 for respectively Myocardial ischaemic with 16 did not cause significant tissue glutamine. However, there marked 9.4 6.5 8.0 5.8 0.4 The associated ATP rise lactate. This work demonstrates that irrespective used heart, is which may extent recovery following surgery. largely due efflux whereas both transport metabolism. Ischaemia, hypothermia transmembrane concentration gradients factors responsible acids.
