摘要: Proteins together with metabolites, nucleic acids, lipids, and other intracellular molecules form biological systems that involve networks of functional physical interactions. To understand these interactions the many characteristics proteins in context biochemical biology, research aimed at studying medium large sets is required. This either involves an investigation focused on individual protein activities mixture (e.g., cell extracts) or a characterization isolated form. chapter provides overview currently available resources strategies for isolation from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The use standardized gene expression discussed, production protocols applied to data generation pipeline biology are described detail.
