摘要: A spermicidal vaginal composition comprises a spermicidal-effective amount of 1,2-benzisothiazole derivative having the general formula (I) ##STR1## wherein: X is either O or S; y H; NO 2 ; an halogen atom alkyl radical from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and R straight branched alkenyl 6 atoms, optionally substituted by one more hydroxyl, tertiary amino alkoxyl groups; cycloaliphatic 3 8 aryl alkoxy radicals; aralkyl aromatic moiety acyl --COR' wherein R' group atoms radical.
