摘要: Babesia motasi BQ1 (Lintan) was first isolated from Haemaphysalis qinghaiensis collected in Gannan Tibet Autonomous Region, Gansu province April 2000. In this study, a total of 3,204 serum samples small ruminants 22 provinces located different districts China were tested for antibodies against merozoite antigens cultured B. by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. This method can survey the prevalence low-pathogenic Chinese motasi. The results indicated that average positive rate 43.5 %, and rates investigated significantly 6.1 to 91.0 %, infections had been found all investigated. Our data provide large important information regarding current sero-prevalence China.
