摘要: The macrofauna community structure of the coastal lagoon Smir (Northwest Morocco) was investigated during 10 campaigns from May 1999 to November 2000. Collected samples (about 37 species and 218,810 individuals) are dominated by crustaceans, polychaetes molluscs. crustaceans Cyathura carinata, Corophium acherusicum Melita palmata predominate at more than 90% assemblage lagoon. stations closer sea (downstream) is different that located inside (upstream). These characterised lower values abundance (930.8 ± 296.9 ind./m²), richness (6 0.4 species) Shannon's diversity index (1.5 0,1 bit/ind.). Stations in downstream area near entrance have relatively higher (2574.7 961 ind./m²) (9 0.9 species), while clearly mean value (1.6 0.1 Evenness comparable between do not show any clear patterns. Analysis functional based on trophic groups shows 99% only four main categories. Detritus feeders dominate feeding structure, especially with M. palmata, Sphaeroma hookeri C. carinata polychaete Hediste diversicolor. Suspension including Cerastoderma glaucum dominances over 22%, surface-deposit carnivores lowest percentages, exceeding 3%. suspension well represented and, thus control variation total abundance. This appears be related seagrass, algae phytoplankton.
