摘要: Abstract Tsumura Suzuki obese diabetic (TSOD) mouse is a new model of type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity. The TSOD mice had hypoadiponectinemia. To assess the glucose utilization insulin sensitivity, we examined effect (1U/kg) on peripheral tissue uptake in vivo nonobese using 2-deoxy- d -[3H]glucose. rates constant basal condition without were similar tissues both strains. Insulin-stimulated by skeletal muscles adipose was diminished mice. In addition, assessed norepinephrine turnover brown adrenal epinephrine (E) content E because disturbances sympathetic activities relate to many features syndrome. these mice, rate decreased, at most one half extremely low rates. showed hypercorticosteronemia. These results suggest that have resistance nervous adrenomedullary activity, high adrenocortical which are significant mouse.
