摘要: Despite widespread human exposure to biphenol A (BPA), limited studies exist on the association of BPA with adverse health outcomes in young children. This study aims investigate effect prenatal toll-like receptor–induced cytokine responses neonates and its infectious diseases later life. Cord bloods were collected from 275 full-term neonates. Production TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 evaluated after stimulating mononuclear cells receptor ligands (TLR1-4 7–8). Serum concentrations analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Bacteria nasopharyngeal specimens identified multiplex PCR culture method. Result showed significant between cord concentration TLR3- TLR4-stimulated TNF-α response (P = 0.001) that TLR78-stimulated IL-6 0.03). Clinical analysis did not show be correlated infection or bacterial colonization during first year is cohort indicated play a part TLR-related innate immune neonatal infants. However, despite an altered homeostasis, result such associated increased risk early infancy.
