摘要: Advancing the development of good practice around teaching team has been focus a recently completed, nationally funded Australian grant entitled Coordinators Leading Advancement Sessional Staff (CLASS). The project focused on developing leadership capacity subject coordinators to provide supportive contexts for sessional staff enhance their knowledge and contribute improvement through approach. An action learning approach notions distributed underpinned activities teams in program. This paper provides an overview practical approach, led by coordinator, engaging facilitation network within team. It addresses some gaps identified recent literature which includes lack role clarity all members examples initiatives that engaged with address challenges identified. Resources support this were developed are shared website. Recommendations future direction include improved policy at institutional level, better recognition reward resourcing participation professional needs staff.
