摘要: Abstract Growth supporting capability of commercial versus autologous, homologous and millipored autologous sera, obtained from animals maintained in our laboratory were studied using phytohemagglutinin (PHA) stimulated sheep lymphocyte cultures. A significant reduction proliferation PHA-stimulated lymphocytes was observed cultures containing sera as compared to or sera. Moreover, both with without PHA, demonstrated significantly reduced culture cellularity. The cause growth remains be determined but not due the presence cells, activated complement components preservatives
