摘要: Pregnancy and lactation are periods of high calcium requirement. This review highlights recent advances in our understanding bone metabolism during human pregnancy discusses the findings relation to nutrition mother. The evidence indicates that characterized by physiological adaptive processes independent maternal intake provide necessary for fetal growth breast-milk production without requiring an increase intake. There firm data demonstrate a low does not lead impaired lactational performance or exaggerated loss. However, more research is required define whether prior can have deleterious effects on reproductive performance, long-term health mother child.
