摘要: Magentumoren sind grundsatzlich in gutartige und bosartige Tumoren zu differenzieren. In Abhangigkeit von ihrem Ursprungsgewebe lassen sie sich auch epitheliale, mesenchymale lymphatische unterteilen. Innerhalb der Gruppe benignen finden reaktive/entzundliche Veranderungen neoplastische Lasionen, die auf Grund ihres Entartungsrisikos als Prakanzerosen bezeichnet werden. Unter den malignen ist das Magenkarzinom am haufigsten.
