摘要: Abstract The aim of this research is to show how Latvian and Lithuanian power system can become carbon neutral. A scenario methodology used analyse the in 2050 by EMPS (EFI's Multi-area Power market Simulator) model an investment algorithm for evaluation profitability expansion transmission links. There are four main scenarios: A1, A2, B1 B2.
