摘要: We have evaluated possible contributions of HLA-DRB1 alleles to autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in 103 families Caucasian descent. The DR4 allele occurred more often probands than controls (0.007), whereas the DR13,14 less (p = 0.003). transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) indicated that ASD inherited frequently expected 0.026) from fathers. TDT also revealed fewer DR13 were mother by 0.006). conclude results suggest and are linked ASD. Reasons for parental inheritance specific poorly understood but coincide with current genetic research noting parent-of-origin effects autism.
