摘要: BACKGROUND The purpose of the current study was to test hypothesis that a lower clinical TNM stage is associated with higher rate pathologic complete response (pathCR) in patients esophageal carcinoma receiving preoperative chemoradiotherapy and determine whether outcome after pathCR related or treatment. METHODS Clinical parameters surgical specimens undergoing were analyzed identify predictors pathCR. In pathCR, overall survival (OS), disease-free (DFS), distant recurrence studied.
