摘要: Determination of protein concentration in mild environments is great significance the clinic diagnose and bioassay. Herein, a simple, fast sensitive method for quantitative determination neutral solution (pH 7.0) developed. This assay based on competition adsorption sample fluorescently labeled dog serum albumin (FITC-DSA) onto gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). As competitor FITC-DSA molecules are added into mixture conjugated AuNPs, they will compete active sites resulting decrease fluorescence intensity due to quenching effect AuNPs via resonance energy transfer (FRET). Thus, can be achieved. Under optimum conditions, related low detection limit 0.01 µg/mL BSA achieved 5 min. For validation our strategy practical applications, total content human was determined using as-proposed method. The result well agreement with that measured by other conventional methods, suggesting accurate, approach
