摘要: The development of live bacterial vaccines is reviewed, in particular aromatic-dependent Salmonella, either for protection against the corresponding infections (including typhoid fever) or as carrier-presenter antigens unrelated pathogens DNA specifying them. Aromatic-dependent Salmonella are also compared with BCG and Ty21a recent records exceptional situations discussed which aroA (deletion) strains typhimurium cause progressive disease mice.
