摘要: Recently, classical banding cytogenetic studies suggested that follicular lymphomas (FLs) grade 3 with preserved maturation to centrocytes (FL3A) are closely related FL grades 1 and 2 frequently harbor the t(14;18), whereas 3B, consisting of centroblasts exclusively, do show 3q27 alterations. To clarify prevalence BCL6 BCL2 rearrangements in diffuse large B-cell (DLBLs), we performed a scale bicolor interphase (fluorescence situ hybridization) study on 188 well-characterized B-NHLs classified according World Health Organization Classification Tumors Lymphoid Tissues. were detected significantly higher number FL3B DLBL component (12 22, 55%) compared purely nodal DLBLs (19 77, 25%) well-documented primary extranodal origin (2 27, 7%) (P < 0.001). Five without negative for both t(14;18) aberrations. 1/2 FL3A t(14;18)-positive 88% 64% cases, respectively, but alterations identified only four FL3A. These data exemplify different genetic pathways genesis FLs high content suggest predominantly associated 3B harboring component.
