摘要: Recently, microRNAs (miRNAs), a kind of small and non-coding RNA, can target the downstream molecules. Increasing evidence demonstrates that miRNAs meditate onset progression variety tumors. In present study, we carried out gene transfection, western blot, reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) to explore role miR-22 in glioblastoma tissues cell lines. Here, verified expression was downregulated cells rather than matched non-tumor normal human astrocyte (NHA) (p < 0.001). By contrast, SIRT1 messenger RNA (mRNA) protein were upregulated vitro mimics interfered with proliferation, migration, invasion U87 U251 cells. Mechanically, 3'-untranslated regions (3'-UTRs) direct miR-22, leading decreased Meanwhile, also inhibited epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP9). conclusion, via targeting 3'-UTR miR-22-SIRT1 pathway be recommended as potential for treatment glioblastoma.
