摘要: Abstract The role of hydrostatic pressure and temperature on the optical properties a two dimensional electron gas confined in quantum wire having Rashba spin orbit interaction is studied this work. energy band gap thus effective mass charge carriers are found to have strong dependence its absolute temperature. This turn affects linear as well nonlinear wire. external magnetic field, temperature, interplay determining absorption coefficient refractive change response incident electromagnetic radiation.
