摘要: Abstract In this work, we studied the effects of in-plane magnetic field and Rashba spin–orbit interaction on intersubband optical absorption coefficients changes in refractive index for transitions between first two lower-lying electronic levels quantum wire represented by a parabolic confining potential. The analytical expressions linear third-order nonlinear are obtained using compact-density matrix formalism iterative scheme. Optical properties investigated as function radius, strength orientation field, photon energies. Numerical results reveal that strongly affected thus can be controlled these parameters.
