摘要: ISO 9001 quality management systems are very popular in Poland. The changes the standard introduced 2015 related to, among other things, treatment of risk as a vital part corporate governance, will make companies improve their this respect. aim article is to present model organization improvement which takes into account requirements associated with included 9001: 2015, supported by guidelines for accordance 31000: 2012. result compilation work based on cooperation authors more than 20 industrial enterprises over past three years.
