摘要: Abstract In quality management, ‘common-cause variation’ and ‘special-cause are key concepts used to control improve different types of processes. this paper we study the meaning these concepts, having a special focus on latter concept: how is special-cause concept linked ideas in risk uncertainty reflect unforeseen surprising events? discourse it common refer two possible mistakes when confronting variation: (i) react an outcome as if were from cause, actually came causes variation; (ii) treat variation, cause.
