摘要: Abstract Temperature dependence of resistivity from room temperature to 750 °C at different frequency for the low sintered Sr 1− x La Fe 12− Co O 19 ( =0–0.3) ferrites was investigated, and a theory model based on hybrid grain structure established explain observed complex electrical transport behavior. It indicates that formation surface phase associated with non-uniform 3+ –Co 2+ substitution is crucial structure, which consists body phase, interface. The abnormal double metal-semiconductor (M–S) transitions in substituted are suggested arise competition lattice vibration scattering effect thermal excitation conduction electrons strongly correlated hopping between octahedral sites phase.
