摘要: Abstract The La–Co substituted Sr 1− x La Fe 12− Co O 19 ( =0–0.5) ferrites with appropriate Bi 2 3 additive were prepared at a low sintering temperature of 890 °C compatible LTCC (low co-fired ceramics) systems, and the effect substitution on their crystal structure magnetic properties was investigated. results show that pure M-type phase is successfully obtained when amount does not exceed 0.3. However, single transforms to multiphase further increased , where α-Fe coexist phase. Moreover, saturation magnetization M s anisotropy field H intrinsic coercivity ci Curie T C depend strongly, which are suggested be determined by partially 3+ –Co 2+ ions for –Fe higher than It found =0.2 0.3) can provide improved >62 emu/g, >1400 kA/m, >320 kA/m) as sintered hexaferrites microwave applications.
