摘要: Cardiac involvement in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is common. The natural history of the cardiovascular manifestations has been altered by corticosteroids used for treatment SLE; thus, young SLE may suffer from angina and myocardial infarction. surgical problems special requirements are discussed.
