摘要: Research indicates that glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), part of the astroglial skeleton, could be a marker traumatic brain injury (TBI). S100B, an protein, is acknowledged TBI. Our goal was to analyze relationship GFAP/S100B damage and outcome, compare accuracy for prediction mortality after prospective study included 92 patients admitted 0.5 cm (p 25 mL or = 60 than CPP 70 MAP < mm Hg, in GOS 4-5 1 0.0005). Both measurement GFAP S100B useful non-invasive means identifying with some differences based on pattern TBI accompanying multiple trauma and/or shock.
