摘要: Although glucocorticoids and impulse activity are well-recognized mediators of adrenal catecholamine biosynthesis, the effects these signals on colocalized opiate peptide system is only presently emerging. Since it generally agreed that regulates peptides, in present report we sought to determine whether opiates also subject hormonal control. Pharmacological destruction cortex resulted a decrease baseline Leu-enkephalin levels vivo. This suggested tonic regulatory effect cortical steroids enkephalin pathways. To further examine role glucocorticoid hormones regulating biosynthesis more dynamic system, medullae were grown as explants where typically rise 30- 50-fold above baseline. Explanted required medium supplemented with dexamethasone or corticosterone achieve maximal dose-dependent fashion. The treatment blocked by specific receptor antagonists inhibition translocation nucleus. rose cultured (even absence added glucocorticoids), glucocorticoid-independent mechanisms may play this model. Based previous results, appears like catecholamines, dual transsynaptic influences. interaction two serve an adaptive modulating complex biochemical behavioral responses exquisite precision.
