摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: novel crystal forms of tiotropium bromide, which are anticholinergics having specificity for muscarinic receptors and therapeutic agents the treatment asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; a process preparation forms; pharmaceutical formulations that contains forms.SOLUTION: This invention relates to: crystalline n-propanol solvate characterized by powder XRD pattern peaks at about 20.9, 21.1, 21.4 34.4±0.2° 2θ; preparing forming solution bromide in n-propanol, cooling to temperature 55-25°C form suspension; including an excipient pharmaceutically acceptable form.
