摘要: The therapeutic effect of antidepressant drugs (AD) in patients appears after about two weeks treatment, and not immediately the administration a single dose. Such latency period is observed for virtually all AD independent mechanism action acute experiment. Therefore, it justifiable to study animals treated repeatedly with these drugs. In past years, pharmacological biochemical effects repeated (not single-dose) have been described relation number neurotransmitter systems or receptors (see Charney et al. 1981; Maj 1984a). We recently concentrated upon studying AD, given repeatedly, on dopamine brain systems; this relationship has yet sufficiently examined Discussion). used typical atypical different profiles revealed experiment, given, as rule, dose 10 mg/kg per orally, twice day 14 days. Pharmacological responses considered be mediated by — locomotor activity, exploratory behavior, stereotypy were studied. Biochemical experiments (binding receptors, levels its metabolites) also carried out. results studies are reviewed paper.
