摘要: Application of nanotechnology (or nanobiotechnology) in biomedicine may contribute to significant advances cancer diagnostics and therapeutics. Superparamagnetic nanoparticles can be used immunolocalize tumor cells, allowing early detection tumors micrometastasis by regular imaging techniques such as nuclear magnetic resonance. Nanoparticle staining cells also attempt eradicate through a focal heat stress process known magnetohyperthermia. Here, prospective applications nanobiotechnology diagnosis treatment are discussed, focusing on the improvement immunological approaches gene therapies.
