摘要: Abstract Single-crystalline germanium samples exposed to hydrogen and/or deuterium plasma are studied by Raman scattering. Two bands at 1980 and 4155 cm - 1 assigned local vibrational modes of Ge–H H 2 , respectively. Polarization sensitive scattering spectra suggest that the treatment results in { } platelets whose basic units bonds. The signal is shown result from molecular trapped within these platelets. Another broad around 3930 seems be due some other type voids formed during treatment. sharp peaks 3826 3834 ortho- para- interstitial T site.
