摘要: Trefoil factor 3 (TFF3) and survivin with functions of inhibiting apoptosis are involved in the gastric cancer by overexpression. The purpose this study is to examine expression TFF3 patients' tissue samples analyze relationship between protein different clinical records. By studying expressions through immunohistochemical staining examining survival rate via Kaplan-Meier analysis for patients, we found that positive have a significant lower comparing negative analyzed patients (P < 0.05). And moreover, double lowest rate. or correlates lymph node metastasis, TNM stages cancer. Survival indicates has close age, tumor histology, differentiation, degree infiltration, distant (P < 0.01). Our data suggest play vital role development, these two proteins important markers prognosis Patients can increase an earlier diagnosis appropriate treatment.
