摘要: ABSTRACT Activation of lymphocytes by mitogenic lectins, or other stimuli is accompanied a myriad biochemical changes. Of these only few have the necessary characteristics to serve as mediator activation sequence. Calcium influx and phospholipid arachidonic acid metabolism are both markedly augmented in activated lymphocyte changes bear diversity important mediators modulators signal. In addition two systems interrelated since Ca2+ associated with an increase phospholipase activity release while phosphatidyl inositol turnover, which increased lymphocyte, influx. The mechanism metabolites might influence discussed.
