摘要: The various sperm cell types present in a simple ejaculate differ their motility and morphology. However, little is known about the nuclear maturity of these cells relationship with morphological motile characteristics. Protamines are considered good marker since they added to DNA last stage spermatogenesis. We have analyzed P1/P2 ratio protamine content subpopulations human spermatozoa at different stages maturation, isolated by density gradient centrifugation ejaculated obtained from 3 groups patients our Assisted Reproduction Unit: 10 men proven fertility, 12 oligozoospermic men, 13 asthenozoospermic men. Four fractions (F2-F5) were collected top bottom Percoll gradient. Differences motion morphology found between each studied, fraction F5 being one best motility. no significant differences within same group samples, indicating that amount protamines relatively independent cells. In contrast, statistically relative groups.
