摘要: Die Therapie des Rektumkarzinoms konnte in den vergangenen Jahren durch Fortschritte im Bereich der praoperativen Diagnostik, Chirurgie und Pathologie verbessert werden. In dieser Ubersicht mochten wir vor allem die Entwicklungen von Chemotherapie Strahlentherapie darstellen, wesentlich zur Verbesserung Lokalrezidivrate beigetragen haben. Wir diskutieren Vor- Nachteile einer pra- postoperativen Radio- bzw. Radiochemotherapie zeigen mogliche Weiterentwicklungen multimodalen auf.
