摘要: Abstract The burst feeding behavior of ZL205A casting under mechanical vibration and low pressure was investigated by experiment physical model. Experimental results indicated that the appeared repeatedly during solidification left a shrinkage cavity with layered structure vibration. castings less higher density could be achieved through calculation model showed perform spontaneously while difficultly without in low-pressure die casting. obstruction broken grains rearranged And carried away due to inner outer difference, causing feeding.
